Well we just learned the hard way with the Shadow Docket decision today in Noem. He has mo worries. SCOTUS will green light any and all. No commentary required just a big rubber stamp

George III had distinctly limited powers and wasn't personally responsible for most of the offenses the Declaration of Independence ascribed to him.

It is incredibly alarming to watch executive power get expanded under the thin veil of a manufactured crisis. When politicians bypass normal checks and balances, it sets a dangerous precedent that undermines the rule of law. To see how local oversight and proper administrative records are supposed to function, take a look at the https://elpasocountyassessor.org for a clear example of standard government transparency. We must remain vigilant against these overreaches before they normalize unchecked authority at every level.

It's alarming how often emergency declarations are used to bypass normal legislative processes and consolidate executive authority. This kind of unchecked overreach eventually creates a ripple effect that disrupts local justice systems, similar to the logistical strain seen at the https://kentoncountycourt.org when higher-level policies abruptly shift. We really need stronger constitutional guardrails to prevent these manufactured crises from eroding our basic civil liberties and due process.

So, is this the same as when during the pandemic almost every Liberal Government in the world ILLEGALLY trampled the human rights of every human in a massive power grab, censored free speech, pushed propaganda and lies, locked people against their will, coerced them into taking a drug that was neither as effective or as safe as we were told, and destroyed Western civilization as we knew it?

Asking for a friend.

Exactly! It's authoritarian when someone disliked by the author declares an emergency, but totally legit when THEIR team acts beyond the bounds of legality and reason. Edelson's entire article was delusional and totally ignorant of facts and the nature of constitutional checks and balances.
