Excellent post, a real keeper. One famous example of post-truth populism was Newt Gingrich, in an interview, after being called on a particularly egregious claim, stating that it was enough that it really "feels true".

I still remember the moment when my father told me how he once during a vacation in today's Croatia in early 1980s randomly saw a poster about an international meeting about communism and worker self-governance with one of the speakers being called Slavoj Zizhek

I can hardly think of any approach more perspectivist than the "1619 Project" -- or the notion of "queering" history. Be careful what you wish for, and beware of unintended(?) consequences.
