So ... the authors are OK with a president who thinks he just spoke with dead French leaders and thinks that Mexico borders on the Gaza Strip? All I can say is ... wow! America may have reached a new low.

You are 100% correct on the media’s false narrative on Joe Biden’s cognitive state. The man has a stutter and been a gaffe machine even in his days at the senate. But the contrast has always been between the experienced Biden who respects the rules of law and the dangerous Trump who is an aspiring dictator (and this time he will have the tools on day 1).

I'd like to leave this note here for any clowns that have the moral bankruptcy to defend Biden's cognitive decline for the last 4 years. The man has been obviously impaired for 4 full years in office, unable to walk a straight line, speak a sentence and at times know where he is. Anybody objective, not following with cult like blindness could see that.

And yet, they not only defend it but try to attack anyone that points it out.

Worse, deflect by saying Biden's gaffes are acceptable while Trump's are purposeful.

The man "ran", and I put that in quotes because he RAN NOTHING, the most powerful Government for 4 years and was incapable of speaking and walking properly. The entire Presidency was such an obvious sham that is now exposed for all to see that it's impossible to ignore.

The Emperor has no clothes, everyone can now see it and the US is a laughing stock to the world because of it. So who has really been running the country?

The debate was the final nail in the coffin. The assassination attempt on Trump, a perfect picture of Biden's legacy...weakness, ineptness, political sabotage. Unreal how picture perfect it is.

As the world watches in shock at how the Left upheld a lie for 4 years, history will not be kind to those who protected the lies. That much is certain.

I’m so disappointed with Ezra Klein. He should know better. Done with him.

Wait, why done with him?

As a consumer of news, surely you can appreciate that you're never going to agree with commentators all the time!

A problem: this human is stating their opinions as facts.

Another problem: this human is guilty of some of the very same actions they criticize Musk for.

What a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive.

A perfect summation of Biden's cognitive functioning, Berny!

Woodrow Wilson proved that with enough guide dogs (including his wife) and "deep state" functionaries who know how things work an administration can carry on and function well enough.

My own concern about his age is the unpredictability of health crises whereby the 25th Amendment has to be used or worse something catastrophic happened. The death of a President can have many ramifications.

In the end it all comes down to one simple choice... EITHER go with the guy who mixes up words and actually looks and moves like his age OR go with a criminally corrupt troll who has promised to end our government as we know it.

What do you think of the notion of the public starting a conversation *independent from politicians and "experts"* about what changes we could possibly make to this broken "democratic" system we have so we don't find ourselves in a similar situation YET AGAIN a few years from now?

As long as the conversation were carried on by people who are as intelligent and informed as yourself I would be fine with such a public conversation.

I had the chance to spend some time with President Biden just a few months ago. He displayed an excellent memory in our conversation, and stood straight and tall for more than an hour during a ceremony.

I'm afraid you're right. I didn't want to believe it because I love what he did with Spacex, but he has removed all doubt since he bought Twitter.

No doubt in your mind perhaps, but each human hallucinates reality uniquely.

Agreed, just a little meme magic to cast spells to distort people's perception of reality. It's all the rage!

That's when my spidey sense started to go off about him. There was no reason to do that—it was a pure Trumpian insult reflex in an edgelordian register.
