I've been an atheist since I argued with the pastor in kindergarden Sunday School, because I was there so my fully-lapsed parents got me out of the house on Sunday. Since then , now 83, I've read literally hundreds of these pretzel-logic 'splanations, each weirder than the last.
My overall conclusion? The less religion the better; the less unquestioned ideology the better. How do you talk with someone who won't define their terms in a falsifiable way? Ultimately: long discussion, agree-to-disagree, waste of time, condescension from the ideologue.
