We need The Creation of The Immigration Congressional Court under The Immigration Committee.

So basically Immigration Enforcement should be handled by Congressional Courts of which The House and Senate Judiciary Committees should create a Joint Committee which is The Judiciary Committee.

You can't make immigration a humanitarian cause. If you do that, the virtue signalling schlubs are going to use every humanitarian cause under their power to displace the lives of those who are legally citizens.

Governments SHOULD NOT be allowed to open borders until they can take care of their own citizens first. This is common sense 101.

While the millions let in by the last Administration clog system in classic Cloward Piven-style, what do we do about all those poor saps who played by the rules? They should get precedence, of course, but should the former just enjoy defacto amnesty in the meantime?

Article I? Would that include Article I, Section 9, which forbids the federal government to regulate immigration before 1808, after which a constitutional amendment would have been required to create any such power?
