The epitome of revisionist history. “Yet he’s registered some valuable accomplishments: getting out of Afghanistan,”. Wow, you consider Biden’s deadly, bloody, chaotic Afghanistan withdrawal a “valuable accomplishment”. It was one of the biggest poorly planned and executed military operations of the past 20 years. And for what, so Biden could get his 9/11 talking point.

Not sure how "Biden has done his best to rally Americans to uphold our political institutions and civic culture" is true. He might not cave to the crazy side of his party as much as his predecessor but he called the court rogue, attacks all Republicans on Twitter constantly, and is happy to equate all opponents as MAGA. My one hope for his presidency was some decency and normalcy and he seems like he has actually taken a few pages from Trump. I did not like Obama on much, but I could at least respect him and how he represented the office. He truly represents the attitude that all Republicans are "deplorable".

I don't get the Ford comparison if Ford moved on and pardoned Nixon. Biden has done nothing like that as he continues to attack anyone close to MAGA and the Trump investigations continue to be huge news. Granted this may be unfair to begin with because Trump is not going out gracefully and is still a political opponent. But it is clear to me that Biden has not helped to restore any normalcy, trust, or unity.
